On February 6, 2015 the High Court of Kenya decided that the Ethics & Anti- Corruption Commission is not barred by law from Prosecuting corruption cases in the case of Stephen Mburu Ndiba v EACC and DPP Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 20 of 2014.
